Our preferred method of communication is by email.

Whenever possible, please use email to contact us and send us your application forms and supporting information as email attachments. All of our required forms are available on this website for you to download or copy, complete, and email back to us. If you are unable to email us one of the required forms or documents, you may mail it to us at the address below. However, we request that you do not send grant materials to us by mail if there is any way you can send them to us electronically. Doing so not only saves us having to make hard copies to distribute to our trustees, but it also saves trees.
